Infinity Farms Build-Out, Templeton, CA – Design-build project that required DCM (Prime) to work closely with the design firm and county through all permitting processes and inspections. DCM managed the phased construction of this new cultivation center/farm, including underground utilities, fencing, establishing temporary power, concrete, septic tank install, excavation/grading, installing the foundation, erecting two prefabricated metal buildings, and asphalt paving. DCM also provided JIT provisions of raw materials and equipment through various local vendors.

Repair Wells 27 and 31 at NAWS, China Lake, CA – As the subcontractor, DCM commissioned a well refurbishment firm to mobilize and extract/examine the motor/pump/shafts/casings of two wells. Given the age and condition of the system, everything was replaced with new. Given the recent two earthquakes in China Lake, additional video/gyro-surveying was required to ensure the wells (at 900ft depth) had incurred no damage. As the turnkey sub, DCM managed all on-site coordination, including all safety submissions (crane lift plans for Semco Well Rig), disinfection, calibrating/commissioning, and training/inspections.

Cleaning and Inspection of Potable Water Tanks at USCG, Petaluma, CA – As the prime contractor, DCM was tasked with cleaning and conducting certified interior/exterior inspections of 5 potable water tanks ranging from 250,000–350,000 gallons each at USCG TRACEN Petaluma. DCM commissioned a NACE-certified technician to fully inspect and calibrate the existing cathodic system (anodes, panel, etc.). Then a dive team came in to fully inspect and document the interior/exterior of the tanks without impacting the normal operation of the tank systems. All debris in tanks was removed/cleaned without creating turbidity. For this project, DCM’s focus was on safety, as fall protection and confined space played a large role in ensuring the project’s success.

Replace Flagpole at MCMWTC, Bridgeport, CA – As the turnkey subcontractor, DCM was responsible for the full demolition and removal of the existing reinforced concrete foundation and flagpole in front of the command post at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center in Bridgeport, CA. A new structural footing/foundation was placed inside the cleared retained hillside platform with a monolithic pour of 4,000psi concrete. Within the preset 8ft sleeve system, a crane/crew was brought in to assemble and erect a new 75ft HD flagpole.

Woodlands Site A – EV Charging Stations, Paso Robles, CA – David Construction was tasked with providing materials and installing reinforced concrete pads for multiple EV charging stations. Pads equipped with bollards and electrical that fed through a pad and tied into new the EV station through the raised anchored base.

Emergency Electrical Repairs at Bayonet Golf Course, Seaside, CA – Emergency electrical repairs to restore the damaged meter box assembly following an electrical malfunction that resulted from a new transformer install by PG&E.

Health Services Center HVAC System Replacement, Supplemental 2, Salinas, CA – As the subcontractor, David Construction and Management was tasked with providing the County of Monterey, CA with 3 temporary office modules for a 6-month period. Modules were equipped with power, telecommunications with new equipment constructed, restrooms, and ADA access ramps.

Hillman Health Center – Lab Building Reroof, Tulare, CA – As the turnkey subcontractor, it was DCM’s responsibility to clean, reseal, repair, and modify an aged existing roof system at the Hillman Health Center. Following all demolition and prep work, a new PVC membrane roof system was installed over the existing roofing along with all applicable accessories, including boot jacks, sheet metal skirting, walking pads, and caulking.
